Carmine's ship sent dust flying in all direction as he docked at the Dreshdae Academy on Korriban. Right after his skis touched down on the cement Workers started their routine inspection of the ship, filling it with fuel, and supplying it with ammo. But everyone stopped as the entrance hatch hissed open, and Carmine's hooded figure stepped down the ramp.
Dock master - "I hope you trip was a pleasant one, my Lord"
Carmine looked up at the observation window, where the voice came from, and gave him a nod. His cape dragged along the floor as he walked past the bay workers, and into the hub that was Dreshdae. But before he could get to the cantina, something caught his eye. It was a Jedi. This Jedi walked around, a heaviness upon her shoulders. He watched the Jedi for a moment, but another Sith Master came up and took her to the Academy to be seduced to the Dark Side. Carmine quickly turned to the left, looking right at a Dark Jedi.
Carmine - "You, young one, make sure that all of my assets are prepared for my next departure. That's an order."
The Dark Jedi, confused, nodded and ran off. Carmine found it funny when he made people he didn't know confused or distracted. But, then he saw who he had come to Korriban for, Serena, but she was sitting in the cantina, watching a Swoop Race and drinking some Tarisian Ale. Carmine hung his cloak up on the rack near the sliding doors, and walked in, sitting Right next to her.
Carmine - "He'll be point two second off..."
And the racer was, two seconds off from the leader, causing him to lose.
Carmine - "I didn't know you were a Swoop fan. We should race some time."
Even though he was the Dark Lord, Carmine still acted like a young adventurer most of the time, unless things got serious. He ordered a cup of Juma Juice, and took a swig before saying anything else.
Carmine - "You know.... I have some information you might find useful... But we can't talk about it here, care to join me in the Academy?"
But even before she could answer, he was up and out of the door. He walked slowly to the academy gates, making sure he gave her time to wonder what he was talking about. By the time he was in the main chamber of the Academy, the air was already musty, and everyone he passed gave a bow, even the Headmaster. But he didn't acknowledge them, he just took the Meditation center point of the room and began channeling himself.

She'd known exactly when Carmine was going to arrive, and he was always right on time. Which meant she could plot out her whole day up to that point and still be right on time. So, that's what she did. Plotted it all to have enough time to get there and have some fun with Swoop racing. Ah, the beloved fun of her childhood.
She heard the ship land, heard it open, and heard Carmine. But that didn't mean she was gonna outright just stop what she was doing. Sure, she respected Carmine, but everyone knew her better than that. Which was why she was snickering when he came over and started speaking.
"He'll be point two second off... I didn't know you were a Swoop fan. We should race some time."
Just the thought of the two of them Swoop racing was enough to make her mind go into hysterical laughter. Especially if there were people watching. Oh, the confusion they could cause. It would be so much fun for the two of them, but so much array for everyone else.
"You know.... I have some information you might find useful... But we can't talk about it here, care to join me in the Academy?"
And that came just as she was about to agree to the Swoop racing extravaganza. It didn't delay her action, no, it just stopped it dead in her tracks. And it was all because her mind was starting to turn over the sentence, finding what could possibly be that important and intrigue her so much. Could it be...? But then again, why... Maybe! Her thoughts were frantic as she realized he'd already walked off, knowing she'd follow soon enough.
Serena knew where he'd be and knew he'd be meditating. She'd admit, he'd never missed a chance to do that. It peeved her sometimes when he just randomly would meditate, but she got used to it after awhile. You could only get so tortured with something for so long.
So, just before entering the Academy, Serena held out her arm in one swift motion. Onyx glided down and landed on her forearm, quietly and cheerfully. Ah, how she loved that bird. So free and so deadly, it was her favorite thing in the galaxy. And with that, she entered the building, stroking his head.
Her feet easily walked the halls as she made small talk with her hawk, completely ignoring everyone else that she passed. If they knew her, they knew better than to expect any kind of response from her unless they caught her interest. And even then, they probably wouldn't get an answer. Serena had little respect for anybody, and even then she normally didn't have the responsibility to answer them. To bad, so sad. She didn't care.
Entering through the same doorway that Carmine had passed through only minutes sooner, she strode on silent footsteps and stood a good number of feet from him, standing patiently. Onyx cooed at her, and she just shook her head. There was no point to disturbing him, unless of course she wanted imminent death. You don't disturb a person when they are meditating, especially a Sith Lord. And with that, she knew her presence was known. And she'd wait for what was to come as long as she had to. One of the very few people Serena would ever respect, and she held that position of a person very high.

Carmine's thoughts were scattered as he meditated, there were many disturbances in the Force, and he knew a war would soon be upon the galaxy. But these thoughts melted away as he came back to reality, and he saw Serena stading a few feet from him. His body rose off the gound, his figure still sitting, until he was a few feet up, and he let his legs slowly drop, and support his form.
Carmine - "There you are, I was hoping you'd get here pretty fast... Listen carefully"
Carmine took a few steps closer to her and stood completely still, staring at her. He let out a deep breath and turned around.
Carmine - "Now, I realise there are a few things in the galaxy that one searches for all their lives. And you have a few yourself.... But, I must tell you this.... I've found a Terentatek, a Jedi killer. And I've come telling you this, as to pose a challenge to you... Unfortunately, this monster resides on the Smuggler's Moon, on the surface...."
He knew this would grab her attention, she loved a challenge, and a Terentatek was a rare creature to control indeed. But he knew this would bring up bad memories, if not a lot, as everyone has heard stories about how these monsters kill Force users. A smile spread over his face as he thought about it, would she ask how he knew? And how many Jedi he'd let die to lure it out?

Instant interest hit her when he brought up that the creature was a Terentatek. And it only grew as he continued. She knew it could be a risky maneuver, but it was possible. Highly possible, actually, if one went fully equipped. Her eyes were shifting around the room, not really caring where they rested, they just went with her mind and kept moving.
"Now, I realize there are a few things in the galaxy that one searches for all their lives. And you have a few yourself.... But, I must tell you this.... I've found a Terentatek, a Jedi killer. And I've come telling you this, as to pose a challenge to you... Unfortunately, this monster resides on the Smuggler's Moon, on the surface...."
Of course she had a bunch of things that she was searching for, but she'd never say the vast majority of them aloud. Most of them were silent secrets that she'd probably never fulfill, but that was the benefit of having them. Always having something to work for.
Now, she knew she'd easily be able to get the Jedi to follow her. Especially younger ones with high Force powers that they haven't discovered yet. The Smuggler's Moon she was familiar enough with, she'd done a lot of work there before. Some of which she wasn't proud of, but work was work.
"Well, I'll admit it's obvious that challenges are one of my favorite things. Pose one and I'll track it down simply. And I fun one like this is something I wouldn't likely pass up. However..." Serena paused to think about the troubles she could run into and what she very well would need for the journey, if anything at all.
"I don't mind the Nar Shaddaa part very much. It's the whole killing Force users. That sounds like a challenge, yes, but I very well like my life. I'll take it up, sure, but I'll be much more cautious then I normally am. Which will obviously effect my skill in the field... Which could lead to some hassles here and there that should be relatively easy to handle... But then there's the question of how many Jedi and Force people we'll need and they'll have to have a decent power there to distract the Terentatek from me so I can do my work..."
At this point, she was completely thinking aloud and was pacing the perimeter of the room. This happened when she was met with something that caught her full on attention and she couldn't drop a single thought without speaking it to the world. Oh, how her life just brought so many opportunities. And as she realized that these were all minor set backs, she started directing actual questions. "When can we leave? And you can cover all the small technicalities, right?"

Carmine couldn't help but laugh out loud at his friend as she paced the room and thought out loud. A sinister smile spread from his lips as she pondered everything, Carmine was already working everything out in his head.
Carmine - "Don't worry about a thing, I've already got my ship ready, and several Force sensitives waiting on Nar Shaddaa for their Jedi Master to come to them. All you have to do, is sit back, and enjoy the ride."
He knew she wouldn't, and even if he ordered it, she wouldn't listen, which is what made her nearly the perfect Sith. He let his hands lock behind his back and he stepped closer. then his right hand came out and wrapped around her shoulders as he led her toward the door. But even as they walked, many questions ran through his head. He had been gone for quite some time, scouting Republic space, and he wanted to know what had gone on while he was missing. And even though he had learned about much in his travels, such as the Terentatek, he had no idea of what went on around Sith controlled space.
Carmine - "Come Serena, you'll have to tell me about your travels since I've been gone, I'm eager to know what I've missed. And besides, I have much to tell you as well, some you might find.... interesting...."
Carmine knew this would almost make her go crazy, as if the Terentatek news wasn't enough for her. He almost couldn't control his excitement himself, all this information had been bottled up for months, and he couldn't wait to spill it. But, her face was concentrated, still thinking about the Terentatek, and not registering what he had just said, and this made his break into a great laughter. This show of emotion made every training Sith in the room near the exit door, and even those in the hallway, look at him, they were all thinking, that the only reason he was laughing, and the only reason a Lord would laugh, is because he was either killing something, or was about to, which made Carmine break into an even greater laughter, causing a few nervous Sith the laugh slightly as well.

"Don't worry about a thing, I've already got my ship ready, and several Force sensitives waiting on Nar Shaddaa for their Jedi Master to come to them. All you have to do, is sit back, and enjoy the ride."
Sit back? She'd never been the type to hold still very well. Patience wasn't one of her qualities, and she was always thinking and moving. She was bursting with excitement, literally. Her face was full of happiness.... Well, the Sith version at least. And as for the stares? Hell, she was getting millions and they didn't bother her at that point. Terentatek aside, there wasn't much interesting that she could think of to top that. But would anything ever top that?
"Come Serena, you'll have to tell me about your travels since I've been gone, I'm eager to know what I've missed. And besides, I have much to tell you as well, some you might find.... interesting...."
If Serena was walking at a normal pace with Carmine, she sure as hell wasn't anymore. She wanted to leave and hear more stories that she knew she'd love. He only said something was 'interesting' around her if he meant it, because if he didn't, she'd have gone insane by now. She completely adored anything that could make her day any happier than it was going at that point.
"Well, there wasn't much going on here that's worth any time. I didn't really go very far, kind of a break for me. Not completely enjoyable, but was somewhat worth it. A couple riots broke out. The one between the higher ranked Siths in the Academy was rather fun to break up. I'll tell you now, they're showing some potential. Nothing compared to a finding a Terentatek, and whatever else you came back with."
She could help but join in the laughter. She didn't mind times like this when things were calm and joyful, even if they weren't exciting completely. "And you know what? Damn you. You always come back with the better stories. Do I even have a chance unless I traveled to the exact same places as you and the exact same footsteps? Seriously, that'd be no fun. But if it gets me to have some better stories, maybe it's not all bad."
And with each footstep that seemed so agonizingly slow, she grew that much more impatient. Breaking free of Carmine's arm and his slow pace, she sped up and then turned around, walking swiftly backward in front of him. "Can we please hurry up? I'm slowly going insane here!" She was nonchalantly, yet obviously, trying to get him to go faster.

Carmine let a wicked smile spread across his lips, he knew she was excited, and her impatience added to her abilities. But he knew if he didn't go faster, she'd probably cut off his legs and carry him, so he began walking faster. Keeping with her pace, he lets his robe slide open, showing his belt, and all the lightsabers connected to it. He reached into a pouch on his belt, and digging for a moment, he pulled out several items. Each item was a crystal, not much larger than a fingernail. They began floating above his palm, obviously he was using the Force to do so, and they slowly began spinning around in a circle. Two of them were pitch black, and the other was a golden color, but they all gleamed in the dim light.
"I found these in the outter reaches of the galaxy. The Jedi were exploring a planet with the Republic, but me and my forces had gotten there first, and soon the natives and the Republic were fighting in space and on land. I followed several Jedi into a crystal cave, though I didn't know it at first, and found huge deposits of these crystals, but the Force was so strong with them, I was only able to take samples." Carmine let them drop back into his hand, and gripped tight. "These crystals are unstable, but powerful, your lightsaber can barely handle them, and your blade becomes a distorted version of itself. I've only tested one, and it destroyed the lightsaber hilt it was used on. But, I figured you like challenges..."
He gave her a half smile and quickly used the force to slide one of the gems into her nearest pocket. A second later, they entered the ship bay, and there it sat, a landing ship with Reven's insignia on the side. This ship would take them to the Jack of Blades, high in the orbit of Korriban. The ships loading bay opened, and several Stormtroopers stepped out, all handcuffed by Dark Jedi.
"Did I... Forget to mention that we found Imperials as well? We have theri ship in orbit, and a fine ship she is. Those Imperials know how to make Star Destroyers, but they can't fly them at all. These are, all that survived the encounter."
Obviously, Carmine wasn't sorry at all, in fact, he laughed to himself and smiled wickedly as he said those words. The Dark Jedi led the Imperials, 12 in all, past Carmine and Serena as the two boarded the ship.
